Choosing the Right Space for Your Group

Room selection makes a real difference. For larger corporate gatherings, the Great Room seats up to 216 guests for dinner and can hold up to 725 in a theater configuration. It has chandelier lighting, exposed brick, and a stage, which means your keynote speaker or award presenters have a proper backdrop to work with.

If your event is smaller or more focused, the Legacy Room accommodates up to 56 guests and works well for breakout sessions or team dinners. Meetings under ten people can use the Fireside Room, which seats up to 24 and has a quieter, more focused feel. The Bar Lounge handles 80 or more and works cleanly for cocktail receptions or post-event mingling.

Audio, Visual, and Presentation Setup

We know that nothing derails a professional event faster than AV that doesn't cooperate. The Great Room has two 12-foot projector screens, and the Legacy Room has its own screen as well. The Bar Lounge and Fireside Room both have TVs with HDMI hookups. We also have wired and wireless microphones, speakers in the Great Room and Legacy Room, and a whiteboard available if your team needs one. For corporate bookings, AV equipment and bartender fees are waived.

Food and Bar Service

Corporate events at The Z Hall require food and alcohol to be provided by our team. That's not a limitation. It's actually what keeps events running cleanly, without the coordination gaps that come from managing outside vendors on a busy event day.

Our catering team can put together a full buffet with entrée options across poultry, beef, pork, seafood, and pasta, along with sides, salads, and fresh-baked dinner rolls. If your group has dietary needs, we build menus around that, including vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options. For lighter setups, we offer soup, sandwich, and salad combos, a taco bar, or a breakfast package if you're doing a morning session.

Bar service is fully licensed and staffed. You can set it up as a hosted bar, semi-hosted, or cash bar, with options across standard, premium, and top-shelf tiers. Non-alcoholic beverages are included.

What's Included and How the Day Works

Room rentals include six consecutive hours between 8 a.m. and midnight. That covers your setup time, the event itself, and teardown. Our staff handles table and chair arrangement as you've requested, and we're present throughout the event to manage drinks, food service, and whatever comes up.

Tables, chairs, and white linens are included. We also have décor available for rent if you want to add something specific to the room setup.

For corporate events specifically, the coordination is handled through a dedicated point person who manages vendor communication and keeps things on track on the day of the event.
