The Great Room seats up to 216 for dinner and holds up to 725 theater style, with chandelier lighting, exposed brick, a stage, and Michigan's largest wooden dance floor underfoot. Smaller group? The Legacy Room fits up to 56, and the Fireside Room suits up to 24. The Bar Lounge, with its granite bar, handles 80-plus. The Garden holds up to 150 outside. Give the day some room to breathe

The best reunions are not one long seated dinner. People drift. Out in the Garden you get walkways, flowers, hardwoods, and sculptures, plus cornhole, giant connect four, and giant chess for the cousins who have an old score to settle. A fire pit and a s'mores table carry the evening once the sun drops. Inside, the Great Room gives you the dance floor, a stage, and a grand piano. If someone put together a slideshow of old family photos, the Great Room has two 12-foot projector screens and microphones for whoever gets nominated to speak. And if the sky turns, we move you indoors.

Let the kitchen carry the load

Nobody wants to spend their reunion refilling a crockpot. Our team cooks on site, buffet style, with menus built around your family. The Sunday Picnic leans on our Czech fried chicken, and the buffet entrées run through poultry, beef, pork, seafood, and pasta, with sides like Yukon gold mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole. There are taco bars and breakfast packages too. We build custom menus for vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly guests, so nobody ends up with a plate of rolls and an apology. Late in the night, a French fry bar, popcorn machine, or donut wall wakes everyone back up. The Legacy Room and its stainless serving lines keep the buffet moving. Desserts can come from us, or from an outside vendor if grandma's pie is not up for debate.

Know what comes with the room

Your rental covers six consecutive hours between 8 am and 12 am, and that window includes setup, the event, and teardown, so build your timeline against it. Tables, chairs, white linens, and placeware are included, and our staff sets up the tables and chairs for you. Staff stay through the event to pour drinks, run the buffet, refill desserts, flip rooms, and clean up. Décor is available to rent. Two things to know early: prime Saturdays from June through October are held for weddings unless your date is within three months, and outside catering for a private party means no access to our kitchen facilities, with a possible setup fee for groups over 100. If relatives are staying overnight, ask about The Z House on our property. It sleeps six, with a full kitchen, a living room, and a shuffleboard table.

Can we bring in our own food?

For private parties, outside catering is allowed, but our kitchen facilities are not available to outside caterers, so no utensils, refrigerators, or ovens. A setup fee may apply for groups over 100 when outside catering is used. Desserts from an outside vendor are welcome either way.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No. Our bar is licensed, insured, and staffed by our own bartenders, and outside alcohol is not permitted. You can run the bar as hosted, semi-hosted, or cash, with standard, premium, and top shelf tiers, plus wine, beer, seltzer, and non alcoholic options.

Is the venue comfortable for older relatives and young kids?
