Series encore! Farewell to summer

We are extending our Dinner in the Garden series with an encore celebration to say farewell to summer!  

We are excited to host singer-songwriter Darin Larner Jr. to the garden stage. His acoustic guitar and vocals will help you soak up every moment of a perfect summer evening. Darin brings originality and improvisation to variety cover songs and originals! Check out more on his website here.

The menu this week has four entree options with a special appearance from our favorite guest chef, Libor Vitu. Libor is a Tampa restaurateur with 35 years experience in every aspect of the business. He has opened nearly 300 restaurants in his career. And simply loves to cook. 

This event's menu includes:

• Momma’s meatloaf with a delicious specialty sauce, Yukon gold garlic mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetable medley. *a Z Signature dish that many people rave about* 
• Lemon infused garlic butter Atlantic salmon drizzled with a light cream sauce served with rice pilaf and mixed vegetable medley.
• Pork Vieja Cuban Stew:  Latin-style stew with smoked pulled pork, onions, tomato, green peppers, olives and latin spices, served with black beans, roasted vegetables and layered over a wild rice pilaf.*Chef Libor's best seller in Tampa!*
• Chef’s Garden Salad: mixed greens topped with baked chicken breast, cherry tomatoes grown on site, and a summer’s medley of vegetables including bell peppers, carrots, and  red onions. Topped with shredded cheese.

All meals will start with a delicious sweet roll brushed with garlic butter that will leave you wanting more.

Don't forget dessert! For this event we are partnering with a new local business, Chillin' Parrot! We are excited to feature a Sundae bar with some of their most popular flavors (sea salt caramel, coconut almond, and raspberry cheesecake). Of course this is included with the price of your ticket, but if you can't wait to support a great local business be sure to head over to their storefront on M21 across from Home Depot.

Water is provided at the table, coffee is included self serve as well as table side by our amazing staff,  all other drinks will be sold separately at the bar indoors. Our bar will be featuring our signature “Love Bug” and our “Summer Breeze'' special. Both cocktails are light and refreshing. The Love Bug is on the sweeter side mixing cranberry juice, vodka and a splash of lemon lime. The Summer Breeze is more subtle in sweetness with notes of grapefruit. Both are the perfect kiss of summer.

The event runs from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. You are more than welcome to come at any point during the event time frame. We do not flip tables so be sure to stay, relax, and enjoy the full experience! Our staff is excited to host you and hope to see you during another Dinner in the Garden soon!

In the event of unfavorable weather, dinner and live music will be held in our spacious Great Hall inside. Rain or shine, please plan on having a great time.
